Click on any PHC name to open its Overview Page, where you can:

Review basic PHC information
View past submitted reports
Start a new data entry session (via the “Add data” button)
Access drafts (in-progress reports not yet submitted by clicking on the dropdown icon beside the “Add data” button)
⚠️ Note: Drafts are automatically deleted 30 days after the reporting month ends.
