Cash Withdrawals

Upload the PHC’s bank statement if not already uploaded in an earlier section.
Identify cash withdrawals: figure out amounts withdrawn in a series or in a day. Toggle if you deduce that there were unapproved cash withdrawals or withdrawals above the permitted limit.
Enter details of such transactions: date, amount.
