Getting started

Registration Process

Once you’ve been registered on the platform as a PFMO, you’ll receive an email titled “NPHCDA Registration”
Click the registration link in the email. This takes you to the password setup page.
Set your password, confirm it and click create password.

You will be directed to login page to input your email and password
On first login, you’ll be redirected to the Biodata page.
Your name, email and role are pre-filled and uneditable.
Enter your date of birth, phone number and gender, then click Save.

An OTP will be sent to your email for identity verification.
After validation, agree to the Terms of Service to continue.
You are now redirected to your Dashboard.
For subsequent logins, note that you will be required to utilise biometric login using the Face ID feature on the tablet device you have been issued.
